Summary:
When opening Excel, users receive the following error message:
System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a closed file
Details:
The xlr8r.dna file can become marked ‘Read Only’ when copying to the local workstation during installation. If this file is marked ‘Read Only’, BizInsight will fail to run formulas.
Resolution/Workaround:
Navigate to the C:\Program Files\Biznet Software\BizExcelerator folder. Right-click on the xlr8r.dna file and select ‘Properties’. Uncheck ‘Read Only’. Restart Excel.
