Error: .dna scipt does not exist

Summary:
After installing BizInsight, this error message is received when opening Excel:

The required .dna script file C:\Program Files\Biznet Software\BizExcelerator\xlr8r.dna does not exist.

Any execution of BizNet formulas then results in #NAME.

Details:
A critical step has likely been missed during installation. The installation CD contains a folder titled “Client Workstations”. There are two files in this folder that must be manually placed in the local BizInsight directory of each workstation.

Resolution/Workaround:
Copy the two files found in the ‘Client Workstations’ folder on the installation CD to the local machine under C:\Program Files\Biznet Software\BizExcelerator folder. Restart Excel.
