Problem: MAS 500 Functions Missing from Function List

Summary:
After installing BizInsight for MAS 500, the MAS 500 functions are not displayed in the Excel function list.  Going into Excel Options > Add-ins causes Excel to crash and restarting Excel gives the following error:

“Excel experienced a serious problem with the 'c:\program files\biznet software\bizexcelerator\xlr8r.xll' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?”

Details:
This problem can be caused by the xlr8r.dna being read-only.

Resolution/Workaround:
To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Open Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\BizNet Software\BizExcelerator (or the location of your BizExcelerator installation).
2. Locate the xlr8r.dna, right-click and choose Properties.
3. Uncheck the Read-only attribute on the General tab.
