Article Type: Error
Summary:
After selecting and configuring a function, the function results in #LICENSE for the cell value.
Details:
This problem indicates an issue with MAS500.lic. The software looks for all files with extension ‘.lic’. If there are any expired license files in the relevant folder, this error will occur. The license file may have expired or the application cannot find the license file.
Resolution/Workaround:
To solve this issue, do the following:
1. Check to make sure the .lic file has been copied to the shared network directory.
2. Delete all expired or renamed license files that lie within the shared network directory from Step 1.
3. Open the .lic file in Notepad and check the expiration date. If the date has passed, please contact BizNet Software Support for further assistance.
4. If the expiration date is correct, open the files.loc file on the client workstation and check that the path within is the correct location for the MAS500.lic file. If it is not, correct the path.
5. Check the files.loc file for line returns after the path. If some exist, remove all line returns from the end of the path.
