Summary:
This error is occurs when running a BizInsight function and the Adobe Acrobat add-in is enabled.

Details:
The Adobe Acrobat add-in for Excel is known to cause conflicts with BizInsight.

Resolution/Workaround:
Disable the Acrobat add-in and restart Excel. Check the disabled items list and re-enable the BizInsight add-in if necessary.

To access disabled items in Excel 2003 click Help>About>Disabled Items
To access disabled items in Excel 2007, click on the Office button and then click on Excel Options>Add-ins>Manage Disabled Items > Go
