Problem: BizExplorer toolbar missing in Excel 2003

Summary:
After installing BizExcelerator on a workstation that uses Excel 2003, the BizExplorer toolbar is added but a connectivity problem causes the user to cancel out of Excel and when they return to Excel, the BizExplorer toolbar is no longer visible and can no longer be added from the Toolbars menu.

Details:
When Excel 2003 is closed forcefully, the BizExclerator add-in is unregistered by Excel and needs to be re-registered in order for the BizExplorer toolbar to be enabled.

Resolution/Workaround:
To re-register the BizExcelerator add-in, do the following:
1. Close Excel
2. Reboot the workstation.
3. After the workstation comes back up, go to Start > All Programs > BizNet Software, Inc. > BizExcelerator Excel Add-In
4. In the dialog that opens, click on Unregister.
5. Click OK to the message that the add-in unregistration succeeded.
6. Click on Register.
7. Click OK again and close the dialog.
8. Go back into Excel and see if the add-in shows up for you.
