Summary:
When executing a BizInsight function, this error message can appear:
#Read Only

Details:
This error usually occurs when a Drilldown user tries to refresh an Excel workbook or worksheet that has BizInsight functions. Refresh of a workbook or worksheet is a Designer or Power User capability only. Drilldown users do not have this capability. Additionally, Power users may receive a #Read Only error if using the “F2” Excel command to force a refresh of a single cell.

Resolution/Workaround:
If the user should have Power User or Designer privileges, change the user’s designation in the InsightUsers.ini file. Refer to your BizExcelerator for SunGard EAS Installation and Reference Guide, Section 6.3 – Modify InsightUsers.ini, to change the user type settings.
