How To: Turn off auto-calculation
Product: BizExcelerator
Applies to: All
Article Type: How To
Summary:
The auto-calculation option automatically refreshes the workbook when any cell contents are modified. For a BizExcelerator report, this can cause you to wait until all cells have been refreshed. It is recommended that this option be disabled, allowing the user to have direct control over when the refresh is performed.
Details:
When opening a new workbook, Excel enables the auto-calculation option by default. Generally, BizNet users will prefer to have control over when the workbook will be refreshed.
When auto-calculation is disabled, BizExcelerator functions can be refreshed by selecting a cell that contains a BizExcelerator function, right-clicking, and selecting the BizExcelerator >Refresh workbook option.
