Error: The macro ‘BizDesigner’ cannot be found

Summary:
When tying to edit the users of the BizInsight through the key command Ctrl+Shift+F10, this error can occur;

The macro ‘BizDesigner’ cannot be found

Details:
Users of the BizInsight must be defined in the InsightUsers.ini. This file is encrypted and is edited by opening Excel on a workstation with BizInsight installed and hitting the key command Ctrl+Shift+F10.

The error that occurs here usually means that
1) The add-in is not installed properly, or
2)  A wrong version of Office was selected during installation

Resolution/Workaround:
Check to see if BizInsight was installed. Go to the Control Panel from the Start menu and select Add/Remove Programs. Look for BizExceleratorSungard. If it is not there, reinstall the program using the installation CD.

If BizInsight is confirmed to be installed, check to see if the BizInsight add-in is installed. To do this in Excel 2003, click on the Tools menu, select Add-Ins.  If you are using Excel 2007, click the Office button on the top left. Select the Add-ins tab and then ‘Manage Excel add-ins’.   Once the Add-Ins dialog opens, look for BizExcelerator in the list of add-ins and confirm that it is checked.  If you do not see BizExcelerator listed, click on the Automation button and select “BizNetXLSungard.XLFunctionsSunGard‟ and click “OK”.

If you do not see BizNetXLSungard.XLFunctionsSunGard” listed, reinstall the program using the installation CD making sure to select the correct version of Office.
