Summary:
An Excel spreadsheet is opened that contains BizInsight functions and this error message appears when an attempt is made to alter the functions:

Not authorized to change BizNet BizExcelerator formulas

Details:
If anyone other than a BizNet Designer attempts to modify a BizInsight function the message will appear. BizInsight functions are designed to be altered by a BizInsight Designer user type. Power users and Drill Down users cannot alter BizInsight functions in any way. This message can also appear if auto-calculation is turned on.

Resolution/Workaround:
Refer to the knowledge base article titled ‘Turning auto-calculation off’ (http://forum.biznetsoftware.com/2009/06/19/how-to-how-to-turn-off-auto-calculation/page1/)
If you are still getting the error confirm that the BizExceleratorSunGard.ini on the local machine is pointed to the folder containing the InsightUsers.ini.
Refer to your BizInsight for SunGard EAS Installation and Reference Guide, Section 6.3 – Modify InsightUsers.ini, to change the user type settings.
