Error: Out of Memory error duing GL report execution

Summary:
When attempting to run almost any type of GL report, the user may encounter the following error message:

Error: Out of memory.

Details:
User gets "out of memory" error when attempting to run several types of GL reports.

Resolution/Workaround:
Verify the amount of memory present on the user's computer.  If there appears to be sufficient memory in the workstation, then ask the user which method they are using to execute the report.  They will be using either the "Reports" button, or they may be using the menu option "Transactions, Reports".  The former has been known to cause the "out of memory" error regardless of the amount of memory present in the workstation. 
If they are using the "Reports" button, suggest that they use the "Transactions, Reports" menu option instead.
