Error: “Could not locate list of functions…” when running AcctSegUpdater

Summary:
When running the AcctSegUpdater tool, the following error occurs:

“Could not locate list of functions to update. Please contact BizNet Software Support”

Details:
This problem will occur when the AcctSegUpdater tool is being run against an older MAS500.lib file.   When upgrading to the newest version of BizInsight for MAS 500, the client workstation files were updated but not the files in the shared network directory.

Resolution/Workaround:
To resolve this issue, do the following:
1. Locate the BizInsight for MAS 500 Installation package that was downloaded. 
2. Copy the MAS500.lib and the bnxlr8r.xml files from one of the authentication folders of the installation package (either SQL authentication or Windows authentication).
3. Paste the files to the shared network directory, replacing the existing files located there.  If you’re not sure where the shared network directory is located, find the files.loc file on one of the client workstations where BizInsight is installed and open it with Notepad. The path in this file is the location of the shared network directory.
