Error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC drilling down on function

Summary:
When drilling down on a function, the following error is displayed on the resulting drill down worksheet and there are no drill down results:

Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC

Details:
This error occurs when a cell reference is used in a BizInsight function and an operation is being performed on that cell reference.  For example, the FiscalYear is stored in a cell and the FiscalYear parameter value is being retrieved from that cell and then adjusted to change to the year such as:

"FiscalYear=" & B2-1

This error has been reported as Issue # 395 “Error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC drilling down on function”

Resolution/Workaround:
To work around this issue, do not perform an operation on a cell reference within a BizInsight function.
