Product:  BizInsight
Applies to:  MAS 90/200
Article Type:  Error

Summary:
When drilling down on a function, the Drill Down worksheet is created but the results are not displayed and instead the drill down function displays #VALUE.

Details:
This issue will occur when an Excel function is used inside the BizInsight function, for example a VLOOKUP function being used to lookup the values to use for a particular segment of the account number such as the following:

=BizItems("MTDNET", "Balances_All", "CompanyCode,FiscalYear", "Transactions NET DrillDown Pivot,Transactions NET DrillDown List", "NetAmount", "SUM", "CompanyCode=" & "ABC", "FiscalYear=" & $C$5, "FiscalPeriod=" & $C$6, "Account LIKE " & "*", "MainAccountCode LIKE " & VLOOKUP($B8,E8:F9,2,FALSE),"Segment02 LIKE " & "01", "Segment03 LIKE " & "00", "Segment04 LIKE " & "*", "Segment05 LIKE " & "*", "Segment06 LIKE " & "*", "Segment07 LIKE " & "*", "Segment08 LIKE " & "*", "Segment09 LIKE " & "*", "Segment10 LIKE " & "*")

This is a bug and has been reported as Issue # 405 “#VALUE when drilling down on a function that contains an Excel function”

Resolution/Workaround:
To workaround this issue, do not use a function within a BizInsight function.
If the provided Resolution/Workaround does not resolve your issues, please contact BizNet Software Support for further assistance.
