Problem: DrillDown option missing for functions in existing Excel 2003 workbook

Summary:
A user opens an existing BizInsight report in Excel 2003 and tries to drill down on a function but the drilldown option is missing.

Details:
This is a known issue that has been reported as Issue# 388 – “DrillDown option missing for functions in existing Excel 2003 spreadsheet“.

Resolution/Workaround:
To workaround the issue, right-click on any BizInsight function and choose Refresh.  Or, if you do not want to refresh the whole workbook, drag and drop a new function into the existing spreadsheet.
