Summary:
When opening an existing report and choosing BizNet Refresh, existing functions fill in with the error #LICENSE.

Details:
This error can occur if the BizInsight Excel add-in has been disabled.

Resolution/Workaround:
Check to see if the Excel add-in has been disabled as follows:

Excel 2007 instructions:
1. Click on the Office button and then click on the Excel options button.
2. In the left pane of the Excel Options dialog, click on Add-ins.
3. When the right pane refreshes to display the list of add-ins, choose Disabled Items from the Manage drop list at the bottom of the right pane and click Go.
4. The Disabled Items dialog will display.  Look and see if you see BizAddin.ExcelAddinModule1 listed.
5. If our add-in is listed, select it and then click the Enable button.
6. Close Excel and reopen and then try to refresh your BizInsight report.

Excel 2003 instructions:
1. On the Help menu, click About Microsoft Office Excel.
2. Click Disabled Items.
3. If you see a BizAddin entry, select the add-in and click Enable.
