Error: "Could not find server 'mas90_XYZ' in sysservers"

Summary:
When trying to retrieve data for a company, the following error occurs:

“Error: .Net SqlClient Data Provider: Could not find server 'mas90_XYZ' in sysservers. Execute sp_addlinkedserver to add the server to sysservers. dataset “

Details:
This error indicates that this company has not been setup on the server per the instructions in the BizInsight Installation Guide.

Resolution/Workaround:
If other companies are working fine, the specific company just needs to be setup on the server.  Perform Steps 4 and 5 of the BizInsight Installation Guide which can be found on the product download page of the BizNet Software customer portal, http://biznetsoftware.icentera.com/portals/login.asp.
