Problem: Balance functions return 0 but data exists for drill down

Summary:
When retrieving data for the first period of a new year, balance functions return a 0 but there is data when drilling down on the function.

Details:
At the start of a new year, the balances must be rolled forward in MAS 500 to create the balance records for the new year.
 
Resolution/Workaround:
In MAS 500, roll the balances forward.
