Error: Your current license restricts you to X users

Summary:
After modifying the Designer, Power or DrillDown .users files, the following error occurs when users open Excel:

License Exceeded:
Your current license restricts you to 2 Designer users - Please contact vendor to purchase additional licenses.

Followed by the error:

There is a problem loading the add-in. You have no security authorization

Details:
This error will occur if there are more entries in the .users files than are indicated in your BizInsight license file.  To verify how many licenses you have, open the BizInsight.lic file with Notepad. 
Caution:  Do not try to change any information in the license file as it will invalidate the license.  If you believe that the number of licenses indicated in the file is incorrect, please contact BizNet Software Support for assistance.

Resolution/Workaround:
To restore BizInsight functionality, remove any extra entries in the .users file that exceed the number of licenses indicated in the BizInsight license file.  Be sure to remove any extra line returns as well as they will be interpreted as an entry in the file.
