Summary:
In a new Excel workbook, clicking ‘New Distribution Template’ inserts the template into a separate workbook instead of the current open one.

Details:
If a worksheet is named ‘book1’, Excel will create a new worksheet to insert the template.

Resolution/Workaround:
Rename the workbook to something other than ‘book1’.
