Problem: Function returns incorrect data but drill down shows correct amount

Summary:
A function displays an incorrect value but when the user drills down on that function, the right amount is displayed in the drill down results.

Details:
The BizInsight functions retrieve their data from the EAS summary tables while the drill down’s data is retrieved from the EAS detail table.  When this issue occurs, it is an indication that the summary tables are out of sync with the detail tables in EAS.

Resolution/Workaround:
Run the summary batch processes overnight to re-sync the summary tables with the transactions tables.  For information on how to run those processes, please contact SunGard EAS support for assistance.
